MAC Paint Pot Series: A Messy Blue Look

I finally got a new camera (I love my Cannon SD1100!) so these are the last of some shitty photos on this blog (hopefully). I've been having a rough couple of weeks and have been looking pretty bummy. Most days, other than a quick swipe of sheer, pink gloss, I don't have a single thing on my face! I haven't been doing my new highlights any justice either, by constantly putting my hair up. I need to get out of this slump and start lookin' my best :( I think it has a lot to do with the fact that I didn't have a dresser or vanity table in my room until yesterday. So, my stuff has been everywhere and since I am a bit messy (just a bit, mind you), it's just too exhausting too look for everything in the morning. Hopefully, I'll be better organized now.

Anyway, on to the point of this post;

The Star: Delft Paint Pot (Deep Teal withGold Pearl)

My adventure with paint pots continue with Delft. The first word that crossed my mind when I stumbled upon this color is; sexy. This bluish-greenish color is hella' sexy! I have a strange relationship with anything in the blue/teal eye shade category. It usually doesn't look good on me, yet I keep on buying! I liked this look although it came out quite messy since I decided to do it really quick. I might have left some products out since I forgot everything I used! But the basics are in there.

Eyes:
Mac Paint Pot in Delft
MAC e/s in Plumage
MAC e/s in Deep Truth
MAC Liquid Eyeliner in Boot Black
Maybeline Define-A-Lash Mascara

Lips:
Mac Viva Glam V
L'oreal Aishwairya's Beige

That's it. I'm getting Deep Truth. It's one of those colors that I absolutely adore and always forget to pick up. It looks beautiful on top of Delft. You are rockin' this, sis!

I absolutely love it! It's one of the first MAC e/s's I ever bought (5-6 years ago) and I think it's one of those shades that I will use forever.

This came out great! Delft is my favorite of the Paint Pots. I had to hunt it down because it was out of stock FOREVER.

Oh, and if you have Parrot or Shimmermoss, put those bad boys over Delft. But just so you know, I'm not responsible for your drooling, hah ;)

What a great idea! I have shimmermoos so I will definitely try it.
