Sunny eyes

My camera totally sucks! I have a crappy Casio and the quality is so bad. I did a vibrant yellow and blue look Friday night for my friend's birthday, but in the pictures it doesnt look as great :(

I've highlighted new products in bold, along with a small review.

Eyes

-Urban Decay Primer Potion

-Makeup Forever Flash Pan in Yellow: I was very excited when this collection launched at Sephora. Makeup Forever is known for its vibrant colors and the adorable pan totally won me over. I didn't get a chance to use it until last night and I was disappointed. The thick, ceam consistency is pretty hard to work with. Since I layered it over UDPP, it kep flaking. I figured out that it works best on its own. The yellow is awesome though and one of the best yellows I've seen! It's just not a great color to wear alone.

-MAC Goldmine Eyeshadow

-MAC Antiqued eyeshadow (in crease)

-Yves Saint Laurent highlighter from Love Collection Palete

-Urban Decay Liquid Eyeliner in Radium

-MAC eyeshadow in Deep Truth (to line upper lid and corner of lower of lid)
-Lancome Virtuose Mascara in Black: Look for an upcoming review!

Cheeks
-MAC Beauty Powder Blush in True Romantic
: I couldn't wait to check out the MAC blush collection and I was absolutely stunned by the amazing quality! I loved almost every single color but True Romantic really caught my attention. The soft mauve-plumish color works on virtually every skin tone. I knew that these blushes are incredibly pigmented and that I should use a light hand while applying, but I still underestimated!

-MAC Sheertone blush in Sunbasque

Lips

-Mac Fafi Lipstick in Fun 'N' Sexy: The only thing I bought from the Fafi collection is this and the pressed powder in Sassed-Up. I originally went with another Red Lippie for this look, but my friends convinced me Fafi was the way to go! I love this vibrant shade of pink/fuschia; it works well with so many looks! My only complaint is the consistency--it's a little rugged and I would've preferred it to be smooth. I have a hard time wearing it without a sheer lipgloss on top.

-MAC Plushglass in Nice Buzz

Face

-Dior Hyradting Concealer in Medium Beige

-Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder

-Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick in Honey

-MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Medium Dark

beautiful make-up. Thank you for visiting my blog. Great minds think alike, when you posted your comment, I was raving about coconut oil on hair. We used it a lot in my culture too (swahili). There are so many coconut trees and women make it from scratch. It is excellent for dandruff too! (note to self:i will edit my post and add that note), i had bad dandruff once and coconut oil cured everything. Great blog by the way:)
